Casual ESOL Tutor
Christchurch City College (CCC) is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Casual ESOL Tutors to join our Reliever Pool.
This is a casual, on-call position to provide teaching cover when required. If you are passionate about teaching English to adult learners and enjoy working in a multicultural environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilitie

Deliver engaging ESOL lessons to adult learners.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Monitor student attendance and learning progress.

Follow programme guidelines and assessment requirements.

Work collaboratively with the English academic team.
About You
You will ideally have:

A recognised ESOL teaching qualification (CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, DELTA or equivalent).

Experience teaching English to adult learners.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams and online teaching platforms.

A reliable, professional and flexible approach.

The legal right to work in New Zealand.
